Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Airline Dispatchers Federation ("ADF") website at dispatcher.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
About ADF
The Airline Dispatchers Federation is a professional membership organization representing the interests of aircraft dispatchers since 1990. Our website provides membership services, professional resources, advocacy information, community forums, and event management.
Membership
Membership Types and Dues
ADF offers the following membership categories:
- Regular Membership — $30/year. Open to FAA-certificated aircraft dispatchers.
- Affiliate Membership — $30/year. Open to individuals interested in the dispatch profession.
- Associate Membership — $30/year. Organization-sponsored memberships.
Membership dues and categories are subject to change. Current rates are displayed during the registration process.
Auto-Renewal
Memberships are billed as auto-renewing annual subscriptions through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ADF to charge your payment method on file at the then-current rate at each annual renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your auto-renewing membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to member benefits until that date. Membership fees are generally non-refundable; pro-rata refunds may be issued at ADF's discretion.
Credentials and Verification
Members are required to provide accurate professional credentials, including FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate numbers where applicable. ADF reserves the right to verify credentials and to suspend or revoke membership if information is found to be false or misleading.
Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify ADF promptly of any unauthorized access
- Maintain only one account per person
ADF may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ADF does not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
For event registrations, cancellation and refund policies specific to each event will be communicated at the time of registration. If no event-specific policy is stated, requests for refunds must be made at least 14 days before the event date.

You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your professional credentials
