JuliAnne Miller recently completed her degree in Aviation Science and Management at Middle Georgia State University and is now pursuing a Master's in Commercial Aviation through Delta State University's online program. She earned her FAA Airframe & Powerplant license at Lansing Community College in Michigan. Her passion for aviation began in childhood when she was invited into the flight deck of United's Friend Ship. With her background as a licensed mechanic and General Familiarization in the A320 family, her goal is to gain valuable experience as a dispatcher with United and, in time, contribute further in leadership roles.

IFOD is an FAA-approved aircraft dispatcher certification school located minutes from the American Airlines hub at DFW Airport. With staff and management teaching since the 1980s, the school has produced approximately 2,500 certified dispatchers with an initial pass rate of about 95%.
