Juan Carlos Izaguirre Funez is an aviator deeply committed to making a lasting impact in the aviation industry. Currently pursuing a degree in Aviation and Aerospace Management with a minor in International Business at Metropolitan State University of Denver, he has logged over 33 flight hours and is on track to earn his Private Pilot Certificate. He is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Latino Pilot Association (LPA) at MSU Denver. His long-term goal is to create impactful mentorship programs that help underrepresented individuals break into the aviation field.
