Part 135 Public Charter Operations

ADF has formally expressed support for requiring aircraft dispatchers in Part 135 public charter operations. As public charter flying grows and carries passengers on operations that closely resemble scheduled airline service, ADF advocates for extending the same dispatch oversight and operational control protections that have long been standard in Part 121 operations.
